We are currently looking for a Department Assistant to join our Purina Petcare team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Department Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Business Executive Officer (BEO)'s tasks and agenda are executed in a consistent, thoroughly monitored, uninterrupted, secure, well-coordinated schedule

• Manage the BEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements and expense reporting

• Complete necessary documentation and data entry accurately

• Regular business units meetings are arranged and conducted in the appropriate setting and space, relevant logistics and technical support are ensured

• Provide support to the medical field force team by facilitating necessary communication on relevant matters

• Manage and support the business unit’s operational processes

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant

• Excellent command of English both written and verbal

• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications

• Strong focus on managing an Executive Agenda

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, effective time management and ability to multi-task

• Great attention to detail and a results-oriented attitude

• Proactive, reliable & initiative-taker
