We are currently looking for a CRC B2B Agent to join our Nespresso team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a CRC B2B Agent, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Assist his team via proximity management:

  • Leading by example in terms of Nespresso behaviour and knowledge, dynamism, professionalism and result focus

  • Continuously ensure structured and efficient communication

  • Maintain and sustain promotes on the CRC (Customer Relations Center) strategy, both with top down and bottom up initiatives

  • Contribute to CRC targets via continuously optimizing and sustaining the outputs of his/her team

  • Recommending and enlightening goods and services for customers based on their main needs

  • Describing products, explaining their benefits and usage to potential customers

  • Communicating with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs&wants

  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the Nespresso's various goods and services

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with current customers and potential customers to facilitate sales in line with target audience

  • Summarizing data to assist customers, understand how products can meet and exceed with their expectations.

  • Drive the customer experience ambition

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales records, resulting in individual action plan

  • Collaborating his/her coffee specialists to contribute their skills and knowledge

  • Raising actions that is not in his/her direct scope: training needs, IT evolutions, process update, content update...

  • Sharing any best practices within the team, or in-between the teams.

  • Ensure seamless operations by providing continuous support to his/her team

  • Supporting and growing simultaneously in case solving

  • Ensuring next issue avoidance by raising CS know how

  • Providing validation on CS action when needed

  • (When needed) be involved in projects (maximum 10%), to provide

  • Either his/her operational expertise during design phase

  • Or his/her experience for implementation and pilot within his team

  • Training in justified business context, supporting new products / services / touchpoints launch

  • Provide Back-Office support to B2B (Business to Business) team regarding contract and customer data management

  • Vital validation of contract and customer data's.

-On-going update of customer data's.

  • Provide ideas of innovation and alert on customer insights to upper management

  • Qualify with attention the customer interaction (ground of request)

  • Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation…

  • Identify improvement areas in process, tools, organisation, trainings, speech, services...

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant area.

  • Excellent command of English

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Minimum total of 5 years experience customer care or equivalent international customer services / sales environment.
