ProSphere Tek Unit Deployment Manager in Mary Esther, Florida
Overview
PSI is currently seeking a Unit Deployment Manager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment to support Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). This is an amazing opportunity to directly support global Command and Control Mission Support program.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Achieving operationalobjectivesby contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; ensuring product quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;identifyingtrends;determiningsystem improvements and implementing change.
Develop briefings, system architectures, and risk analysis.
Candidate must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Ability to coordinate work performed and serve as the point of contact with the Government Portfolio Managers and Technical Representatives.
Provide leadership and management, oversight,controland direction to all team members including subcontractors.
Provide frequent and open channels of communication within a team environment and with government partners for the management of multiple program activities.
Minimum Requirements
A University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum4years related projectschedulingexperience,required.
Ability to use Microsoft Suite of tools to coordinate and execute a deployment schedule.
Familiarity with AdobeAcrobatDC.
Familiarity with the Foreign Clearance Guide and jointtravelregulations.
Effective communicator via various means (telephone, email, memorandum,collaboration tools [Teams, Slack,etc]).
Active T3clearance investigationor ability receive one.
Desired Qualifications
Military Deploymentexperience.
Experience coordinating visa and passports tofacilitatetravel.
Familiar with use of the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence) for task management.
