Hyatt Concierge in Marrakech, Morocco
Description:
As a Concierge , your missions can be very varied, ranging from reception to a taxi reservation, a restaurant or a train ticket, including dry cleaning.
The concierge also has a role of welcoming and providing information to visitors, whether physically, by telephone or by email
Qualifications:
· Make external reservations requested by customers and ensure necessary follow-up with the customer.
· Have complete knowledge of hotel services, including room rates, specialties and prices of restaurants, bars, spa, kids club and other facilities.
· Assist with welcoming and registering VIP clients.
· Satisfy all customer requests, even the most original
· Make reservations (hotels, planes, trains, restaurants, etc.)
· Experience of more than 4 years in the luxury hotel,
