Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; Adjust, repair, and service machinery using hand and power tools and notify supervisors of malfunctions; Clean, repair and maintain vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Clean work areas and maintain grounds such as mowing, weed eating, picking up limbs for controlling brush in gin yard; Maintain cotton ginning equipment; Be able to operate gin equipment such as bale presses, gin stands, gin feeders, gin yard equipment for ginning cotton.
