Responsibilities At PrairieCare, we're on a mission to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment for children and adolescents in our residential treatment programs. As a Residential Clinical Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, collaborating with our dedicated Medical Director and Residential Counselor Supervisors to ensure our programs not only meet but exceed the highest standards of care. Your Role: As the Residential Clinical Supervisor, you'll be the architect of an engaging therapeutic milieu, developing and managing programs that align with the vision set forth by PrairieCare's Medical Executive Committee. You'll ensure that our practices adhere to the standards of licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies, as well as the expectations of our public and private payers. Your deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, and therapeutic environments will guide your actions and decisions. Empower Our Team: Ensure that our staff is well-oriented, trained, and evaluated to uphold our exemplary standards of care. Your mentorship will help them shine! Consult and Collaborate: Provide clinical consultation to the Therapy Team, offering backup clinical coverage and supervising interns and trainees within your licensure scope. Referral Expertise: Guide referral dispositions for admissions and make appropriate recommendations for alternate care when necessary. Data-Driven Leadership: Keep our Clinical Leadership team informed with regular reports on patient census, occurrences, and our culture of safety and infection control. Quality Improvement Advocate: Direct all quality improvement initiatives within the program, striving for excellence in every aspect of care. Qualifications Position requires master's degree and independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) in State of Minnesota. Related healthcare experience and is required. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Experience with program evaluation or research preferred Ability to effectively integrate services across disciplines and effectively communicate in written and verbal form with program staff, administrators, referents and the public. Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word and PowerPoint Required to be knowledgeable of mental health and chemical dependency and display a professional attitude in all aspects of his/her performance. Ability to rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks. Must have a positive attitude and ability to build rapport with staff and clients. Pay range for this position is $69,000 to $90,000 depending on education and experience.
