VCA Animal Wellness Center of Maple Grove is a Fear Free and Low Stress Handling Certified hospital, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our 10,000 sq. ft. AAHA-accredited facility is fully equipped with:
Advanced diagnostics —digital radiography, ultrasound, ECG
Comprehensive dentistry —dedicated dental suite with digital dental radiographs
Surgical capabilities —laser surgery and endoscopy
Additional services —cold and therapeutic laser therapy
Convenient one-stop care —grooming and boarding services on-site
We are a team-oriented practice with a 2:1 tech-to-DVM ratio , consisting of three doctors (four when fully staffed) and a strong team of CVTs and veterinary assistants. Our collaborative culture allows for ongoing mentorship and professional growth, with the support of a large network of doctors and specialists within VCA .
Located in Maple Grove, MN , a highly rated suburb of Minneapolis, our community offers beautiful parks, top-rated schools, and a welcoming environment for families and professionals alike.
Schedule
Full-time position with a 4-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and occasional Saturdays)
Hospital hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM;
Saturdays, 8 AM – 2 PM
No after-hours or on-call responsibilities

Our practice sees a diverse and rewarding caseload , including:
General wellness and preventative care
Surgical and dental procedures with advanced imaging
Complex medical case management
Fear Free and feline-friendly handling
Future urgent care services —expanding in the next 3+ years to offer more appointment availability

As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
Compensation
Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $100k to 150k.
Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.

Qualifications
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
Licensure in good standing to practice in (MN), or the ability to obtain
A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
