SERVICE FIRST STAFFING Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Immediate opening for 1st shift Industrial Maintenance Tech. Hours are from 6:00am - 4:00pm Duties include but are not limited to: Adjust and maintain equipment and machines Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment Diagnose electrical problems and install and rewire electrical components Disassemble broken or defective equipment Examine and test machinery and equipment for defects to ensure proper functioning. Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts Prepare workstations for use Tend and observe equipment and machinery to verify efficient and safe operation ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Quality conscious individual with excellent communication, troubleshooting skills, and excellent mechanical abilities - Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC\'s, electrical including thermal couples, heating systems, various types of sensor and switches, SSR relays, fans, blowers, three phase motors - Must be familiar with all AC, DC, low voltage, and 480V - Performing preventative maintenance, grease motors, troubleshooting breakdowns, and installations - Ability to adapt to quick job changes - Follow company safety procedures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of others - Performs preventive maintenance routines ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: 1207 Washington Street E-Mail a Rsum: wendyc@service1ststaffing.com Call For Appointment: 1-920-686-1444 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
