Insight Global Endpoint Administrator in Manhattan Beach, California

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE-

The Endpoint Administrator is a key member of the IT Infrastructure & Operations team and responsible for UEM

device migrations from Workspace One to Intune / Kandji. The Endpoint Administrator is experienced with

Windows 10 and 11, MacOS, Microsoft InTune, Workspace One, Kandji, and Autopilot / Zero Touch best

practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with internal team members and end users to facilitate device migrations.

Provide excellent customer service to end users during the migration process as needed.

Utilize Microsoft InTune, Workspace One, Kandji and Autopilot to configure and deploy endpoint devices.

Manage desktop and laptop software installations, upgrades, and patches via UEM tools.

Work closely with the help desk team to resolve configuration issues related to desktops and laptops.

Collaborate with other teams to design and implement new solutions and technologies as needed.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in desktop engineering.

Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for desktop engineering processes.

Tracks package deployment, status updates, develops reports and trend analysis documentation.

Pay Range: $40-45

Skills and Requirements

Strong technical skills in Windows and Mac Operating Systems

Strong technical skills in InTune, Workspace One, Autopilot and Kandji

Solid understanding of desktop virtualization technologies.

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with IT security and compliance practices and requirements.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in Windows and Mac desktop engineering with 1000+ endpoints

Understanding of systems management concepts, procedures, best practices, and application suites null
