POSITION SUMMARY:
Our organization is seeking a highly motivatedManager of Field Systems & Reportingto oversee the functions of the General Ledger, Labor Management and Budgeting and Forecasting systems for the enterprise. The primary focus will be on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations, and the integration of best practices. In this role, you will also play a critical part in supporting the companys aggressive growth plans through continuous process improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supporting the administrative functions of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, ProfitSage and Hotel Effectiveness, including building and testing of new modules and feature enhancements
- Resolving system issues that arise
- Work closely with end-users to identify issues, assess their impact, and prioritize them based on their severity
- Providing support to end-users on system functionality and making recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrated systems to develop and implement solutions that address the root cause of the issues and prevent them from recurring
- Utilizing best practices and methodologies to support and improve financial and field systems functionality
- Supporting, managing, and initiating change within the organization, taking steps to remove barriers
- Stay current with the latest technologies and methodologies for the system
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- System Administrative experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is required
- Excellent communication nd interpersonal skills
- A track record of delivering successful projects within a complex environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A desire to continuously learn and stay current with the latest technologies and methodologies

The compensation for this position is \$75,000.00/Yr. \$95,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
