Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Engineer, Level III to service Imaging Equipment needed in Northeastern Ohio.  Work in a field-based customer-facing role that installs, services, maintains, and modifies Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.  Support the Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT), General X-Ray (XP) and Radiation Oncology (ONC) modalities.  Remote work permitted. 100% travel required to customer sites in Northeastern Ohio.

The position requires seven (7) years of experience.  Alternately, the Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related Engineering field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Field Service Technician, or a related occupation. The position requires experience with the following skills: Service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision; Experience with Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT), General X-Ray (XP), and Radiation Oncology (ONC) modalities; Customer Relationship Management Experience; Experience using tools and service test equipment. Remote work permitted. 100% domestic travel required to customer sites in Northeastern Ohio.
