Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Engineer III in Malvern, PA. Duties: Perform service, preventative maintenance,and modifications on Imaging Equipment (MR, CT, & US) at customer sites with minimal supervision. Establish and maintain proper businessrelationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties. Support the CT & PET-CT Modality initially, withpotential to cross train into other modalities in the future. Make financial decisions that will impact overall regional financial performance. Establishindividual performance goals for team members. Specific examples include RTTM, parts consumption, and PM completion. Track results viaanalytical dashboards and communicate to the Service Engineers on a regular basis to ensure performance achievement. Direct the activities ofService Engineers to prioritize service event responses based on available personnel resources. Additionally, has the authority to deviate fromfinancial or personnel SOP's. Exercise authority and direct activities via expectation setting, team meetings, one on one meetings, and writtendocumentation. 10 % Domestic Travel Client Sites in North Georgia Area.

Qualifications: The position requires five (5) years of field service experience. Position requires experience with the following: testing, repairing, andmaintaining capital medical equipment; strong electronics and computer skills background (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel,SharePoint, etc.); experience using service tools and service test equipment; and with Medical Imaging Equipment (CT & PET-CT Modality).
