Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Weatherford Perth Australia is seeking a fulltime permanent Field Engineer III – Well Services. This is the fully qualified level job. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Well Services, this role will closely work with the latter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields

  • Use advanced techniques in the modification or extension of theories and practices to complete assignments

  • Work on major project or several projects of moderate scope with complex features,

  • Review project documents for conformity and quality assurance.

  • Develops new techniques and or improved processes or materials, or products.

  • Act as technical specialist or advisor to management and staff.

  • Oversee junior level engineers in completion of their assignments.

  • Receive supervision and guidance relating to overall objectives and critical issues, new concepts and policy matters.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 8+ years related experience in Oilfield Services

  • Minimum 8+ years field experience in Well Services operation

  • Should have experience in running Inflatable products and Through Tubing completion.

  • Should have adequate experience in redressing Through Tubing tools.

  • Engineering Degree with disciplines preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial and Petroleum

    MOBILISATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Malaga, Perth.

  • Mix of Offshore and Onshore work.

  • Roster is contingent to the client requirements.

  • Immediate start preferred.
