This role can be based from Spain or Poland to cover all EMEA South

Role Summary

Splunk is now looking for an innovative and engaging partner marketer to join the Global Partner Marketing Team, to support our EMEA Region. The Splunk partner ecosystem is a crucial part of our business, and with a high focus on our strategic partners, this marketing role encompasses many possibilities. Planning and implementing demand generation programs together with our partners and regional teams to build standard processes, drive revenue, and excite our customers. This role requires you to be self-motivated, flexible and to be able to balance multiple projects at the same time. This role will work closely with Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, and the strategic partner sales teams within Splunk in EMEA SOUTH region.

What you will get to do

  • Drive great opportunities for our partner and their customers.

  • Plan, develop and drive coordinated marketing campaigns with strategic partners that can include VAR, MSP, and Distributors, who support regional businesses across EMEA South

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with marketing teams at partner sites and be the point of contact for strategic partners’ marketing engagement in EMEA South

  • Lead MDF budget tracking and utilisation in partnership with the field marketing and partner managers to ensure alignment with EMEA business priorities.

  • Support the partner enablement motions to grow our partner ecosystem in partnership with the partner marketing and sales teams.

  • Provide a monthly roll-up of key metrics, ROI and program efficiency of strategic partner campaigns to determine return on investment and prioritise resources. Continually evaluate program performance and results to improve strategies.

  • Work with demand generation teams

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in partner marketing

  • Strong skills in marketing strategy and ability to drive build of programs in a highly fast paced environment

  • Ability to envision, lead on multi-dimensional EMEA South partner marketing plans with grit and a growth mindset

  • Confidence in a dynamic, high-pressure and high-visibility role

  • Experience in ensuring campaign success; including planning, measuring GTM tactics to deliver desired business impact

  • Understanding, leading and accounting for MDF and Contra funding

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), reporting and presentation skills

  • Used to engaging with partners and colleagues in an international workspace

  • Ability to influence and work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment to drive outcomes based plans, programs and execution

  • Highly motivated, self-starter who can build and launch programs within budget and optimally prioritise multiple, concurrent timelines

  • Fluent in English, as well as Spanish or Polish

Nice to have

  • Experience and expertise in working with VAR, MSP, and Distribution partners would be an advantage.

Base Pay Range

Spain

Base Pay: EUR 55,200.00 - 75,900.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
