JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN - Neurosurgery ICU - Per Diem - 32624 Work Schedule : Per Diem Registered Nurses must commit to work a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours, per six (6) week scheduling period in direct patient care. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neuro ICU: * An 18-bed unit with welcoming and supportive leadership and nurse-driven collaboration among nursing staff working in partnership with nationally certified physicians, providers, pharmacists, therapists and case management/social work. * Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses and have the opportunity to care for critically ill patients with a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to: stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, surgical resections and trauma. * Specialized monitoring and care procedures for these critically ill patients from hemodynamic monitoring to hypothermia. * Our unit serves as the hub of intensive care for our Comprehensive Stroke Center. * An active unit council with opportunities for professional development and leadership. Preferred - Relevant RN Experience Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact. Current CPR/BLS Certification. ACLS obtained within six (6) months of hire.
