JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Scheduling Lead - Phlebotomy - 32463 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic. Pay : UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. Be part of something remarkable We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to: * Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving. * Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff. * Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff. * Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone. Preferred - Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
