MEAD & HUNT INC Human Resources Intern in MADISON, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our HR department with a variety of tasks. This position is currently a full-time, limited-term (no benefits) for summer 2025. Hours are flexible and could continue to work during the fall semester. Responsibilities include: Data entry Preparing presentations and/or benefits tasks Running reports Proofing/ editing documents Researching employment-related laws and regulations Tracking training attendance Creating surveys and compiling results The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. The successful candidate must have completed at least four semesters (six preferred) of college-level coursework in human resources or a related field from an accredited college or university. The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following: Previous HR internship MS Office software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) HRIS software (Paylocity a plus) Experience with data entry Research skills Writing/proofing skills This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR to get in on the ground floor of a great company!
