JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Operations Assistant, Talent Acquisition - 32629 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100%, day shift. Hybrid position with work hours generally Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM including 1-2 days onsite weekly at UW Health Employee Health Services and the Administrative Services Building. You will have the opportunity to partner with our recruitment team to ensure efficient operation of critical department processes and projects. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant, Talent Acquisition to: * Administer Talent Acquisition programs including relocation assistance and employee referrals. * Assist with planning, registering, shipping and attending recruitment events. * Provide leadership support with processing invoices and reconciling financial expenditures, management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams. * Monitor and audit time and attendance reporting for HR Team.
