Position: Maintenance Handyman $20/hr part-time 20 hours per week. No benefits. Job Description: Home improvement tasks including painting, drywall, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, equipment/appliance maintenance. On the job training provided.
Position: Landscaper $20/hr part-time 20 hours per week. No benefits. Job Description: Lawn care including, cutting grass, planting flowers, cutting trees. Seeking experience with heavy lawn equipment. On the job training provided
Position: Housekeeper $20/hr part-time 20 hours per week or less. No benefits. Job Description: Perform housekeeping tasks to stage unique rental homes for occupancy. Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, changing linens, dusty, mopping floors. Staging the homes to make them beautiful.
