Job Description: Local Truck Driver (Non CDL, 26ft Box Truck)
Position Overview:Join our team as a Local Truck Driver! We\'re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to deliver and install appliances in the Little Rock AR area. This position requires no CDL but does demand a valid driver\'s license and dedication to safety, customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Key Details:
- Job Type:Full/Part Time positions
- Shift:Day shift (6am-7pm); work 5-7 days per week as needed
- Location:Little Rock, AR (local routes only, no overnight travel)
- Pay:Competitive base pay, 30-day probationary period
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive a 26ft box truck for pickups and deliveries
- Ensure on-time deliveries and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Load and unload appliances using a lift or dolly (ability to lift 100lbs+)
- Assist with appliance installation as needed; washer, dryer, refrigerators
- Maintain friendly and professional interactions with customers
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- Dress code/uniform: All black, no white on shoes, no logos
Qualifications
- Valid Driver\'s License and 2 pieces of ID
- Minimum age: 18 yrs old
- Must pass a background check and drug test (You must be re-tested with this company)
- Due to the nature of the job, NO FELONIES
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work long hours when needed
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically capable of handling heavy lifting with equipment assistance
