Job Title: Construction Quality Manager
Job Description
Inspect the project before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with safety and quality specifications. Develop and maintain a quality control (QC) plan, tracking findings through documents and forms. Supervise construction work, ensuring it aligns with defined standards. Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Regularly report the project status to executives and stakeholders.

OSHA 30 preferred
Understanding of the three phases of quality control
Completed USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course within the last 5 years
In-depth understanding of all Construction Divisions, with emphasis on site work
5+ years in related federal construction experience with projects of $10M or higher
Knowledge of construction functions such as prints, plans, procedures, scheduling, and testing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of QCS/RMS System
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $60.00/hr.
