Behavior Analysis Technicians
Starting at $17.25-$19.00
No experience necessary! Monday-Friday day shift.
We are hiring motivated, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our team. HGA Support Services provides personalized applied behavior analysis "ABA" therapy in a center-based setting for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder "ASD".
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for children with autism.
- Plans may include language building, social skills, adaptive living skills, and reducing problem behavior.
- Working one-on-one with a child diagnosed with autism.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collect data.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, BCBA, case manager, and parents.
- Ability to make quick decisions and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Participate in center staff meetings.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Michigan driver's license, with no restrictions, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
- Must pass criminal background checks.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug screen test.
- Have excellent written and oral communication.
- Completion of mandatory paid training upon hire.
