Lewis County Civil Service Caseworker in Lowville, New York
It is anticipated that Lewis County will have the following vacancy available: DATE: May 23, 2024 CLOSING: July 27, 2024 POSITION: Caseworker, Full-Time Department of Social Services SALARY RANGE: $26.13- $31.53/hr MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either: A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a bachelors degree; or B) Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse with one year of satisfactory full-time paid experience in that profession. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Possession of a valid New York State drivers license at the time of appointment. License must remain valid throughout appointment. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Applicants that may be assigned to the Child Support Unit are required to undergo a criminal history investigation including fingerprinting to determine suitability for employment. This position will be filled in accordance with Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
