Description
Robert Half is in search of a Dispatcher to join the Manufacturing team of a company located in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Dispatcher, you will be handling a variety of tasks such as managing customer service requests, answering inbound calls, and dispatching services. This role calls for strong communication skills and proficiency in Word and Excel. This Dispatcher role is a contract employment opportunity. The hours for the Dispatcher are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle incoming customer service requests and dispatch appropriate services
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and needs
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM
• Use Excel for data management and reporting purposes
• Leverage Word for documentation and correspondence purposes
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience with answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in a dispatching role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong customer service abilities, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
