UCLA Health Regional Contracts Manager in Los Angeles, California
Description
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Regional Contracts
Manager to lead the development, negotiation, and management of business
partnerships with IPAs, physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary and
supplemental providers. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of
reimbursement methodologies, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to
align contracts with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
Developing and nurturing business partnerships with a diverse range of healthcare providers.
Negotiating and managing contracts with IPAs, physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
Ensuring all contracts comply with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Utilizing deep knowledge of reimbursement methodologies to inform contract terms.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Salary Range: $86,900- $197,300/annually

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience/training
7 or more years of experience in contracting and network management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Strong initiative, problem identification, resolution, and analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to apply knowledge broadly.
Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional workgroups and meetings.
