Overview
Cashier (Breaker) is accountable for cash transactions with daily parking customers.
Pay: $17.28 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Essential Functions:
• The Cashier is responsible for excellent customer service and for all customer transactions.
• The Cashier must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills for all customer transactions
Responsibilities:
• Greet and acknowledge each customer
• Accountable for daily cash and credit card transactions
• Responsible for completing work tasks at the appropriate time
• Daily review of the posted schedule for booth rotation
• Responsible for quality service to customer satisfaction
• Answer customer questions on all parking services
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Report issues with parking equipment and incident immediately to supervisors
• Make sure correct change is given and all transactions are accounted for accuracy
• Maintain clean booth, work areas, entry/exit columns and arm gates at all time
• Always help customers at entry and exit points to assure flawless entry and exit
• Must have a polite and respectful demeanor

• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently

• Basic PC Knowledge
• Basic radio usage skills
• Ability to work in fast paced, stressful environment
• Attention to detail (accuracy)
• Excellent verbal skills

• Demonstrate a history of working in a public service industry
• Maintain a safe and lawful work environment
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or its equivalency such as GED Diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer Service Experience
• 1 yr. of similar work experience
