ManpowerGroup Facilities Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

Our client, a leading provider in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various facility needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Pay Range: $25/hr per hour

Schedule: M-F: 7am-4pm- Could Change OT: Possible-Weekends and after hours

What's the Job?

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

  • Create and manage work orders, assigning tasks to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Communicate effectively with technicians and assist in resolving facility-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, proposals, and vendor files.

  • Assist with facility inspections and provide training on work order and billing procedures.

What's Needed?

  • A minimum of two years of related experience in facilities coordination.

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

  • Strong communication skills to interpret instructions and respond to inquiries.

  • Basic financial knowledge and ability to perform simple calculations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
