Job Description:As a Shift Leader at Bojangles, you will play a crucial role in the successful opening and ongoing operations of our Lorena location. This position involves an initial training period at a corporate training center (Dallas), followed by hands-on training and leadership at the new store. Shift Leaders will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training at a corporate training center.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees at the Lorena location.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to ensure high performance.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of fast food or restaurant experience is an asset.
• Travel: Must be open to traveling for initial training.
• Transportation: Must have access to a car.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively in a team.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
