Eaton Corporation Project Manager in Long Branch, New Jersey

Eaton’s Electrical Life Safety Division is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Long Branch, NJ facility, and relocation assistance is being offered!

The expected annual salary range for this role is $92287.53 - $135355.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

The Project Manager will lead all program and timeline management for our new product development efforts. This role provides innovative ideas, combining business opportunities with practical development plans. It requires continuous review of existing projects, competitive analysis, code changes, and extensive industry knowledge.

In this function, you will:

  • Develop project timelines

  • Ensure compliance with all program requirements

  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure on-time delivery of product development activities

  • Manage Project Management staff through Gate Reviews and the Pro-Launch Process

  • Identify critical paths and blockers

  • Maintain strong communication

  • S&OP planning forecast and monthly review

  • Lead SCRUM activity

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or Business Management accredited institution

  • 3 years of manufacturing project management experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • Agile Scrum Master

  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, & UL

  • Engineering or technical experience

  • Experience in Product Development
