Mobile Enterprise and Project Engineer

We are looking for a mobile Engineer to work as part of our Enterprise & Projects engineering team. Our engineers support Networks, Servers, Storage & EPOS systems across a host of vendor technologies and customer environments. The role will involve the Break-Fix, Installations, Moves, and Changes, all to Fujitsu data centre standards. Experience in either Networks; Servers, Storage or EPOS systems would be an advantage. This role involves daily travel across your region and occasionally UK wide. Successful candidate is expected to manage their own time to ensure arrival on time to scheduled tasks and managing their own admin duties as part of their role. A vehicle is provided as well as the tools to carry out your role.

Your experience:

An important part of the role is the daily interaction with end-users, support teams, project managers, and service managers, liaising with other parts of the organization and to ensure customer satisfaction and team targets are met. We seek a team player who can apply their knowledge, initiative and be proactive to identify and call out risks and provide potential solutions.

  • A knowledge of Network, Server or Storage products – certifications preferable although training provided.

  • Ready to take ownership & responsibility.

  • Ability to work alone as well as being an enthusiastic team player.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work whilst under pressure.

  • Attention to detail, especially while following technical work instructions.

  • Time and administration management.

  • Ability to obtain SC security clearance.

  • Full UK driving license.
