Aim Of The Role

Lionbridge Legal is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our business development and sales initiatives within the legal sector.

As a key player on our team, you will engage with senior-level professionals at top legal technology firms, legal services providers, and corporate legal departments.

What You Will Do

  • Build and establish a set of senior contacts at these accounts (C-Level, VP-Level and Director-Level).

  • Transform the strong customer relationships you build into revenue-generating accounts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of your prospects’ business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles.

  • Effectively position all Lionbridge solutions & services with help from product specialists.

  • Implement sales & pipeline-building market strategies.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation, to following up on leads, through closing the deal.initiatives to enhance and streamline workflow processes

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • At least 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the legal market, with consistent and proven quota attainment, including sales into leading law firms, alternative legal services providers and / or corporate legal departments.

  • Deep familiarity and experience with the legal technology market and landscape.

  • C-level credibility and the ability to successfully build and grow senior-level professional relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
