AUTOMATION PRODUCTS GROUP, INC Machine Operator - Swing Shift in LOGAN, Utah
APG is looking for a CNC machine operator on our swing shift. Typical schedule will be M-F 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The Machine operator will perform production machining operations including but not limited to:
- Operating equipment such as lathes, milling machines
- Reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings necessary to complete assignments
- Using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure in-process or that finished product matches specified tolerances
- Preparing materials for machining
- Heat-treating and passivating product parts
Requirements:
Qualified applicants will typically posses the following:
A high school education or equivalent. Good written and verbal communication skills. The ability to read and follow written instructions, and to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to recognize and solve problems. Basic computer skills.
