About the role:

Supply Chain Grievance is an integral part of the EUDR Sustainability Tool Box. The Coordinator of the grievance tool should evaluate, allocate, track, monitor & report grievances. A grievance mechanism is a dedicated whistleblowing hotline that is specifically designed for the supply chain. Companies need to ensure that stakeholders/affected groups from the supply chain can report their grievances and observe human rights/environmental/governance violations. Reporting grievance mechanism KPIs will have to be included in the non-financial reporting as part of the Annual Report

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the Grievance Mechanism Process.

  • Manage the information-gathering process.

  • Ensure communication with the local sustainability team.

  • Manage the triage of grievances and coordinate the involved topic experts.

  • Drive standardization by improving the grievance mechanism process.

  • Report to the Head of Compliance.

  • Create a KPI-driven dashboard to ensure effectiveness.

  • Support investigations for Compliance, Legal, or Sustainability topics.

  • Opportunities to grow in various functions including Compliance/Legal, Human Rights, Sustainability, or Internal Audit.

  • Monitor and track ongoing cases.

About you:

  • Master’s degree in business or law or similar field.

  • Project management skills.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.

  • 2-5 years of solid experience in process/ project mgmt.

  • Experience in Compliance/Sustainability is also an advantage.

  • Data-driven mindset is a plus.

  • Knowledge about sustainability or investigation skills is also a plus.

  • Experience in project management and controlling.

  • Ability to work closely with large and complex remote teams, without hierarchical authority.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in at least English, German, or French is also an advantage.

  • Well-organized and structured.

  • Strong communication skills.
