We farm 3,500 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans and alfalfa hay. Employee will assist with alfalfa hay production which includes swathing, raking, baling, loading, hauling, and stacking alfalfa hay. Employee will operate farm equipment and farm trucks for crop production and hauling. Employee must be truthful in communication, have good time management skills, work well with others, and know how to respond to problem solving and trouble shooting. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered.
