Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Lima, OH. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting in developing marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to support various initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Marketing Strategy Development, Market Research, and Campaign Coordination skills
- Experience in creating promotional materials and analyzing campaign performance
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus but not required
