Job Description
Hiring ASAP for Shipping Lead. This position will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the shipping warehouse. This position includes overseeing a team of warehouse associates, managing the pick-pack-ship workflow, and ensuring the safety, security, quality, and productivity of order fulfillment. You will collaborate with various departments, manage inventory, implement process improvements, and provide training and development for your team. Your leadership will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
