Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description
As our new Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing Data Center product development projects to completion. This includes supporting special research and development experiments, prototyping, and developing our structural grid portfolio. Your role will also involve assisting in establishing performance criteria and specifications for product development, manufacturing plans, and the development of installation guides for product installation. You'll be gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that meet our customer needs. A critical part of your role will be resolving highly critical issues within the matrix organization while rigorously adhering to project timelines and costs.
Hard Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers
Experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure

This is a contract position with a duration of 8 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Libertyville, Illinois and some days remote.
Work Environment
You will be working from Monday to Friday in our lab, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement if necessary. You will be based primarily in our Libertyville office, with minimal travel expected.
