Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in West Columbia-Lexington area. As an AP Specialist must have full-cycle AP experience. This position will also handle some miscellaneous AR and GL activities. This position will be responsible for the daily accounts payable process as well as assist with month end activities.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and timely management of weekly accounts payable transactions.
• Verification and reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Timely resolution of vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with conducting Check Runs
• Proficient in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
