This essential role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that define our guest experience. As a Dishwasher, you will support our kitchen staff by meticulously cleaning dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Collaborate closely with chefs and kitchen assistants, gaining insights into food preparation and restaurant management.

Responsibilities
You will efficiently clean and sanitize all kitchenware following our health and safety standards to maintain a safe environment.
We expect you to organize and store cleaned dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas for easy accessibility.
You shall assist the kitchen staff by promptly providing necessary tools and equipment when needed to ensure smooth operations.
We expect you to monitor dishwashing supplies and inform management of any inventory needs to prevent shortages.
You will operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to instructions to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
You shall perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping down counters and emptying trash to keep the kitchen area tidy.
We expect you to adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation to uphold the quality standards of Embassy Suites.
You will report any maintenance or repair needs of kitchen equipment to management to ensure continuous operation.
Requirements
You must efficiently operate commercial dishwashing equipment, including loading and unloading dishes.
We expect you to maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by removing trash and cleaning floors.
You should ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are cleaned and sanitized according to health standards.
Your role includes assisting in keeping the dish room organized and free from hazards.
You will need to perform regular maintenance on dishwashing machines to ensure their proper function.
You are required to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to manage a consistent flow of clean dishware.
We rely on you for the safe handling and storage of chemicals used for cleaning purposes.
You'll be responsible for reporting any broken or malfunctioning equipment to management promptly.
