Description

Robert Half Lexington is in search of several Customer Service Representatives to join a team in the hospitality industry at a company located in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you'll be focusing on managing and processing customer reservation requests, ensuring accurate data entry into a reservation system, and tackling a variety of issues over the phone, all while maintaining a fast-paced work environment. These openings are for a 2nd shift schedule with various days of the week, and some schedules including weekends. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process reservations and modifications of existing requests.

• Accurately input customer reservation details into the system.

• Use problem-solving skills to assist customers and hotels with issues over the phone.

• Communicate professionally with all clients and departments to address their needs and issues.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls within the department's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

• Start and complete assigned tasks on time.

• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer accounts.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements • Proven experience in the hospitality industry

• Previous role as a Customer Service Representative or similar position

• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience working in an inbound call center

• Excellent skills in call center customer service

• Ability to effectively resolve customer service issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Ability to adapt to different types of customers and situations

• Willingness to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required

• High school degree or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated TalentMatch®
