Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Lewes, Delaware, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, your main function will revolve around managing patient access, ensuring accurate data entry, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the operations of the telephone switchboard for incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls
• Manage pre-registration for patient accounts before their visits, including making inbound and outbound calls to gather demographic, insurance, and other patient information
• Provide detailed instructions to patients and resolve their inquiries
• Carry out medical necessity/compliance checks and use an overlay tool as required
• Manage patient financial liabilities, including collecting point of service collections and past due balances
• Implement payment plans as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Schedule appointments as per requirement.
Requirements • Prior experience of at least one year working as a Customer Service Representative or in a related role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls
• Demonstrated experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality responses and solutions
• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems
• Experience in scheduling appointments effectively and efficiently TalentMatch®
