What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
5-7 years of leadership experience in maintenance and engineering
Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Lead & Inspire: Guide and motivate our maintenance and engineering teams to new heights
Innovate & Manage: Oversee equipment, facilities, and cutting-edge projects
Compliance & Safety: Ensure our plant meets all regulatory standards, and champion environmental and safety practices
Performance & Improvement: Monitor work levels, review performance, and drive continuous improvement
Investigate & Report: Lead accident investigations and prepare detailed reports
Develop & Train: Implement effective maintenance policies and provide essential training
