Dartmouth Health Learning Systems Analyst - Remote in Lebanon, New Hampshire
Overview
Performs analysis functions to assist in the development and implementation of the Center for Learning and Professional Development (CLPD) learning systems environment and the revision of that environment. Provides project management for assigned special projects. Provides and coordinates resources for applications and users of those applications.
Responsibilities
Functions as liaison with IS, division departments and accreditation managers and maintains multiple project tracking information.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the technical aspects of applications, as well as the operational details and work flows within Graduate Medical Education (GME) as applicable.
Provides analysis functions in support of new or upgraded vendors, in-house learning systems, and special projects. Maintains vendor relationships.
Participates in the development and follow-up evaluation of system design and projects.
Assists stakeholder groups in system management function. Develops systems to ensure the effective maintenance of learning data and functionality critical to the mission of the D-H learning organization.
Anticipates learning analytics needs and reports on learning measures and metrics.
Consistently innovates business processes around core learning technologies.
Provides training and assistance to stakeholders and team members.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology or related subject matter with 5 years of relevant work experience or the equivalent in education and experience required.
Organizational, communications, project management, and leadership skills are essential.
