Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The role involves meticulous management and organization of financial information in our team, with a focus on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy
• Handle accounts payable duties, including check runs and coding invoices
• Execute data entry tasks with high level of accuracy
• Process invoices in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks.
Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation, with the ability to accurately balance payable accounts.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Experience in executing check runs, demonstrating reliability and consistency.
• Knowledge of coding invoices, ensuring all invoices are properly classified.
• High level of data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are paid within established timeframes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
• Experience with Oracle, demonstrating the ability to navigate and use the software effectively.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with the ability to manage and maintain financial records.
• Familiarity with SAP, demonstrating the ability to use this software for complex financial management tasks.
