Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Latrobe.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist role are:
• Manage the processing of 10-15 bulk invoices daily
• Ensuring invoices are approved and coded correctly.
• Ensure proper three-way matching of invoices
• Distinguish between goods and services in the accounting process
• Maintain accurate accounting records using software systems like NuVision
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and discrepancy management
• Handle check processing and other accounting functions
• Liaise with other departments to get approval for invoices

Requirements
• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Three-way matching is a plus
• Experience in Check Processing
• Experience with NuVision software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
