**Role Overview: As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in making our dental office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You will provide excellent customer service and assist with administrative and basic dental tasks, allowing our dentists to focus on patient care. We seek well-organized individuals with great attention to detail who can follow instructions and adhere to dental office regulations. Your goal will be to ensure smooth office procedures and provide direct or indirect patient care.
Responsibilities:**
- Welcome patients to the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist dentists with 4-handed dentistry
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Manage supplies and oversee dental assistant staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead Dental Assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
