We are currently seeking a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Assistant I. Our people make all the difference in our success. As a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Assistant I at Regal Rexnord Cleveland your focus will be to: Shipping and Receiving Assistant I will support shipping department with essential office functions including but not limited to: Administration Duties, International Paperwork, and Communication with Carriers. Scan documents for department and manage file retention. Sort and prepare documents for imaging. Accurately index images. Communicate with Outside Carriers as needed for department movement. Prepare and make International Paperwork packets. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office programs. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Programs. Specific Skills: Effective verbal communication skills both in person and over the telephone. Team player and ability to work with a variety of people. Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
