Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus.
Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus is a fully accredited acute care hospital dedicated to providing the finest medical and health care services to the residents of Ocean and Monmouth counties. An affiliate of the RWJBarnabas Health system, Monmouth South is a sister hospital to Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch.
Monmouth South is the only hospital in the region to provide private rooms on all of its inpatient units, providing an environment more conducive to healing. Several other enhancements have been made to provide superior service to Lakewood and surrounding region as well including the Better Health Senior Membership Program, state-of-the-art Geriatrics Institute, and an expansion of cancer services.

Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
BLS (American Heart Association) required.
Preferred:
Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
Certified nursing assistant preferred.

Essential Functions:
The CCT is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients.
Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service
Providing for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and critical actions
Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient s care
Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning
