Examples of Duties
- - Assist low-income seniors in accessing financial assistance programs
{=html} <!-- --> - - Conduct home, hospital and nursing home visits for assessment purposes and provide additional support and referrals, as needed
{=html} <!-- --> - - Recommend programs and services to the Senior Resources Manager based on the observations and interactions with the members
{=html} <!-- --> - - Increase visibility and awareness of Dickinson Halls social services to agencies that interact with the senior population in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff
