Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Starting Pay: $25 - $35/hr
Based out of Lake Elmo, MN
Job Description
Join our compact yet highly skilled team as a Concrete Finisher! In this role, you will be heavily involved in every stage of our concrete projects, from groundwork, setting forms, to pouring and finishing. This position will require you to assist in various tasks including concrete foundation work for commercial/residential buildings, installing and finishing concrete, and assisting other skilled labor when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for prepping construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, and managing earthwork. Our team values growth, so you'll also be involved in training new employees. Proficiency in blueprint reading and work order reading on iPads and Smartphones is a must. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with customers regularly.

As a Concrete Finisher, you'll be working under the supervision of a concrete foreman, mainly focusing on projects such as driveways, pools, cement slabs and some sidewalks.
